📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale mining projects.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and operational targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate geological, engineering, and environmental considerations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
Provide strategic guidance to project teams, addressing technical and operational challenges.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining project management, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Strong understanding of mining operations, including extraction, processing, and environmental management.
Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
