📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of boat charters, including scheduling, reservations, and customer service.
• Work closely with captains and crew to ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
• Monitor and maintain boats, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for charters.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for boat operations.
• Coordinate with local authorities and service providers to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Analyze and report on boat charter performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating boat charters.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards for boat operations in Bali.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
