📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for civil engineering projects
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure the quality of work and adherence to project timelines
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the civil engineering industry
• Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successful project management and execution
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
