📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize collection systems, including account distribution and monitoring.
• Generate and analyze collection reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the collection team to ensure timely and accurate account management.
• Utilize data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau to process and analyze collection data.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into collection performance.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss collection strategies and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to collection team members on system usage and reporting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collection system management and reporting.
• Proven experience with data management tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services industry is a plus.
• Certification in collection management or related field is a plus.
