As a Junior Architect at BOC, you will be involved in every stage of the design process, from initial concepts to final drawings. You will work closely with our senior architects and designers, using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and sustainable solutions for luxury and wellness projects.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design options and progress.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and cost estimates.
- Support the team in achieving project deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in luxury or wellness projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
