📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit residential and commercial properties to engage with potential and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct interactions
• Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing high-potential opportunities
• Use CRM software and GPS navigation tools to track your progress and manage your territory
• Leverage your understanding of local market trends to inform your sales strategy
• Report on your activities and results to your manager on a regular basis
• Collaborate with your team to achieve collective sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and GPS navigation tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
