📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and manage social media campaigns using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B industry.
• Design and execute promotional activities, including events, giveaways, and collaborations with local influencers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage our online presence, including our website and e-commerce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for food and culinary experiences.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
