📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers to drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with production managers, quality control teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure operational excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest industrial engineering trends and technologies to drive innovation in our manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in process optimization and lean manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
