📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress using tools like MyFitnessPal and Fitbod
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and research
• Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a positive, motivating environment
• Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate it to the team
• Promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to clients and the community

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Personal Trainer certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, or NSCA)
• 2-5 years of experience in personal training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with fitness software and tools like MyFitnessPal, Fitbod, and Trainerize
• Knowledge of nutrition and exercise physiology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for health and wellness
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
