📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to boost interaction and loyalty among beauty creators.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, using tools like Hootsuite and Canva.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align community initiatives with overall brand goals.
• Monitor and analyze community metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Organize and participate in community events, both online and offline, to strengthen bonds and foster a sense of belonging.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting community performance and suggesting improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty brands and influencers to expand our community's reach.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital community management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in community management or a related field is a plus.
