Stripe is looking for a U.S. Banking Regulatory Compliance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Stripe's banking operations comply with all relevant U.S. regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with our legal and operations teams to develop and implement compliance programs, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure that our banking partners are in compliance with all applicable regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs for Stripe's banking operations,Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that Stripe's banking operations remain in compliance,Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure that all banking partners are in compliance with applicable regulations,Conduct regular audits and assessments of Stripe's banking operations to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials,Provide guidance and support to banking partners on compliance matters,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in banking regulatory compliance,Report on compliance status and trends to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business,5+ years of experience in banking regulatory compliance, preferably in the U.S.,Strong knowledge of U.S. banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (EGRRCP Act),Experience with compliance management systems and frameworks, such as COSO or ISO 37001,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English
