📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and assistance to veterinarians, farmers, and other stakeholders regarding the use and application of animal health products.
• Assess and address customer technical queries, ensuring optimal livestock health and productivity.
• Conduct field visits and on-site evaluations to support the implementation of our animal health products.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to gather and analyze data on product performance and usage.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the animal health industry and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the animal health sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the animal health industry, preferably in technical support or product management.
• Strong understanding of animal health products, including vaccines, medications, and feed additives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with veterinarians, farmers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as VetDesk, FarmSight, or similar platforms.
• Certification in animal health or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
