Operations Engineer - Manufacturing Production (Bali)

Ambu Sdn. Bhd., a global leader in medical device manufacturing, is expanding its operations to Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Engineer to optimize our production processes and ensure operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement efficient production strategies, monitor equipment performance, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

As an Operations Engineer at Ambu Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for enhancing production efficiency, reducing downtime, and improving overall operational performance. You will utilize tools such as SAP, MES, and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement. With a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for operational excellence, you will play a crucial role in our growth and success in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance using MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and other relevant tools.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in production optimization.
• Proven experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
