📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries.,Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Monitoring cash levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Assisting in the opening and closing of the bank's cash vault.,Training and supervising junior tellers.,Managing the teller's workstation and ensuring it is in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Teller in a banking or financial institution.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software related to banking transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and banking terminology is a plus.
