📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to understand staffing needs and recruitment timelines.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the food trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
