📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote products and services to potential customers in-store and online.,Assist in setting up and managing promotional displays and events.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
