In this role, you'll work closely with our HR team to process payroll using our in-house system, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You'll also assist in preparing monthly and annual reports, and provide support to the HR team during payroll-related inquiries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process monthly payroll for 600+ employees using our in-house payroll system.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and other compensation payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual payroll reports.
- Assist in preparing and distributing employee benefit statements.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide support to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data security.
- Participate in payroll audits and reconciliations as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an international school or similar organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and international tax laws.
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as ADP, Workday, or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
