• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, driving engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of payment solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze payment trends and data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of payment solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the fintech and payments industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the merchant operations and support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in merchant operations, payments partnerships, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding merchant operations and support.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems and payments partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.
• Experience with payment processing systems and tools such as Stripe, PayPal, and Square.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing merchant operations and payments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
