📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements and contracts.,Provide legal advice and support to the management team on various legal matters.,Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.,Maintain and update the company's legal records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with external legal counsel and advisors as needed.,Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal or related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficient in using legal software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
