📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain nursing documentation and records.
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment for nursing staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.
  • Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, CNM) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
