📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance activities of the facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the continued high quality of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with operational goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the facilities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance activities and improving efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
