📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and strategies.,Identify training and development needs through data analysis and employee feedback.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.,Contribute to the development of learning and development policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools.
