📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.,Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.,Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property sector.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
