📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.,Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and partners in the Yogyakarta area.,Provide sales training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the technology industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the Yogyakarta market and customer base.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
