The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing kitchen operations and delivering exceptional culinary experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen stock levels.,Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification is a plus.
