📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and design of new bakery products and processes.,Support the implementation of engineering solutions to improve production efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of bakery equipment.,Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols in the bakery.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of bakery operations through innovative ideas and solutions.,Provide technical support to the production team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and processes.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
