📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and manage suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.,Monitor and maintain the branch's financial performance.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Promote the branch's image and ensure it aligns with the company's standards.,Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
