In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Assess the training needs of employees and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
