In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good organizational and time management skills.
