📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project updates, budget status, and risk assessments.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
