📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Prepare and maintain reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
