📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and sales activities of the regional offices.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or marketing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Ambon.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
