📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, mediating when necessary.,Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and employee development.
