📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
