📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operational team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
