📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and diagnostics, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a proven track record in leading maintenance teams.
• Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)) is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
