CV Kartika Yudha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

This is a full-time position located in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Coordinate with management to ensure HR goals align with business objectives,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with performance management systems,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation packages
