PT Rahayu Damar is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field responsibilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company in negotiations and dealings with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure accurate reporting.,Foster a positive and productive work environment.,Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to drive business results and achieve targets.
