📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure the right talent is hired.,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
